Dear Students and Parents,
I hope this email finds you well. We regret to inform you that after careful consideration we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming Sweethearts Ball scheduled for Saturday, February 10th, 2024 due to an insufficient number of ticket sales.
For those who have already purchased tickets, we will be processing refunds in the coming week. If you paid with cash, please come to room 68A during your lunch period. If you paid via Aeries, a refund should come through PayPal in the next couple of weeks.
Again, our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for supporting our events at James Logan High School.
