Parents and students, join us on Thursday, Sept. 8th at 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Pavilion. During this time, you will meet the Logan Admin Staff, Counselors, and the real leaders of the school, our Clerical Staff.

- CONGRATULATIONS JV and VARSITY FOOTBALL
On Friday, Sept. 2nd, we had a clean sweep against Los Lomas High. JV 15-0 and Var 35-26. Let’s keep that spirit going.

- SCHOOL SITE COUNCIL (SSC)
JLHS will be having it usual School Site Council (SSC) every 3rd Thursday of the month. Our first one of the year will be on Sept. 15th at 5:30 -7:00 pm in the Reference Room in the Logan Library. Join us to have refreshments and discuss items that need your input to ensure that our students have what they need to succeed. Hope to see you there.
- CLUB RECRUITMENT FAIR
Colts, come check out the Club Recruitment Fair (2 Days) on 9/13, Tuesday & 9/15, Thursday during both lunches in Colt Court.
Music will be playing and Jimmy will interact with everyone.
Students will have the opportunity to learn about the clubs Logan has to offer and hopefully join one!
- PARENT/STUDENT DROPOFFS
REMINDER: Parents, please, do not drop off your students in main parking lot in front of the Pavilion or the small parking lot near the flagpole.
Drop offs should be made in the main parking lot on the corner of Alvarado-Niles and H St. I would advise that you all avoid H St. at all costs. However, you may drop your student off along the curb in front of the school.
- TARDY SWEEPS
Students, please be aware that your main goal is to be in class. We will be assisting you in various areas on campus to make sure that you get there on time.
If you are swept in the tardy sweep, you will be assigned a detention. If you do not serve it, you will be issued another consequence and placed on the exclusion list.

- NOCHE DE REGRESO A LA ESCUELA
Padres y estudiantes, únanse a nosotros el jueves 8 de septiembre de 5:00 pm a 6:00 pm en el Pabellón. Durante este tiempo, conocerá al personal administrativo de Logan, a los consejeros ya los verdaderos líderes de la escuela, nuestro personal administrativo.

JLHS tendrá su Consejo Escolar (SSC) habitual cada tercer jueves del mes. El primero del año será el 15 de septiembre de 5:30 a 7:00 pm en la Sala de Referencia de la Biblioteca Logan. Únase a nosotros para tomar un refrigerio y discutir los elementos que necesitan su aporte para garantizar que nuestros estudiantes tengan lo que necesitan para tener éxito. Espero verte allí.
- FERIA DE RECLUTAMIENTO DE CLUBES
Potros, vengan a ver la Feria de Reclutamiento de Clubes (2 Días) el 13/9, martes y 15/9, jueves durante ambos almuerzos en Colt Court.
Se reproducirá música y Jimmy interactuará con todo el mundo.
Los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de aprender acerca de la
clubes que Logan tiene para ofrecer y, con suerte, unirse a uno.
- ENTREGA DE PADRES/ESTUDIANTES RECORDATORIO:
Padres, por favor, no dejen a sus estudiantes en el estacionamiento principal frente al Pabellón o en el estacionamiento pequeño cerca del asta de la bandera.
Las devoluciones deben hacerse en el estacionamiento principal en la esquina de Alvarado-Niles y H St. Les aconsejo que eviten H St. a toda costa. Sin embargo, puede dejar a su estudiante en la acera frente a la escuela.
- ENTREGA BARRIDAS DE TARDANZAS
Estudiantes, tengan en cuenta que su objetivo principal es estar en clase. Te ayudaremos en varias áreas del campus para asegurarnos de que llegues a tiempo.
Si es barrido en el barrido de tardanzas, se le asignará una detención. Si no lo cumple, se le impondrá otra consecuencia y se le colocará en la lista de exclusión.
