Student Bills

Student accounts are most often billed due to:

  • Unreturned or damaged textbooks
  • Unreturned or damaged library books
  • Damage to student assigned Chromebook
  • Parents and students are encouraged to review their “Student Account Balance” through Parent & Student Connect regularly.

Outstanding bills will result in a hold on student diplomas, and a disqualification of enrollment in a late arrival or early dissmisal course.

Online Bill Pay

James Logan High School parents may now pay school bills online. This service has been established to create a more convenient and secure collection system. Some of the benefits of this service are:

  • Minimal Processing Fee Secure
  • Transactions Email confirmation of payments and printable payment history
  • Reduce the possibility of lost checks and cash
  • Schedule payments and make partial payments (if available)

How to pay a bill through Q ParentConnect

Step #1: Log into Parent Connect. Choose “Accounts” on the left tool bar & review items with a "Balance Due" on your student's account. After review, select the "Click here to make purchase, payments" link.

Step #2: Select your student from the "Student" drop-down menu and select the item(s) that you would like to pay for. Note: You can only select & add 1 item at a time.

Step #3: Add the item to your shopping cart. Repeat this until all the items that you would like to pay for at this time are in the shopping cart. Then click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Step #4: Here you may “Pay with Paypal” or “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
