ACTIVITIES                      

  • Tickets for our Homecoming Dance on October 29th are on sale at lunch at the student windows. Tickets are $5 with ASB, and $7 without. Get them early because prices will go up.  If you need to get your ASB sticker, come to rm. 67 at lunch and after school.                                    

CLASS (Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, Freshmen)     

  • Seniors!  Do you and your friends want to personalize a page in the back of the yearbook, or does your family want to dedicate a page to you? Come to room 223 for a flyer with prices and more information. Prices vary from $65-$200 based on color and size!

  • If CSU East Bay is your Dream School, you may want to consider an interview for Admission on the Spot with CSU East Bay's admission rep. Mrs. Martinez here at Logan this Thursday. To schedule your interview see Mrs. Hart in the Career Center.

  • The Youth Alive Christian Club meets every Thursday after school in Room 418.    Bible study is every Friday in Room 418.

  • PSAT will be given at JLHS on Nov. 2nd. PSAT tickets are being sold at the student window and can be purchased on line. Tickets will be sold on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at lunchtime only. Tickets will cost $25 and are payable by check or cash at student window and on line with a charge card. Checks should be made payable to JLHS (James Logan H.S.)   If you have any questions, see Ms. Hull in House 2.

  • Health Center Reminders: Reminder 1 - No medical services available during 5th period/5th lunch (12:30pm-1:30pm). Reminder 2 - Students - if you do not have an appointment - you must check in with your teacher and arrive with a pass to the health center otherwise you will be turned away. Do not use the health center as an excuse to miss class or to be late to your next - we do not tell anyone the reason you are at the health center but we are allowed to state whether you were actually here or not for attendance purposes.

Zinet will have opportunities to play in the qualifying rounds for the 201 FIFA women's World Cup in France as well as in the Olympic Games in Tokyo Japan in 2020.

  • Great job to the Cross Country Team at Hayward High this past weekend.  The team earned 24 individual Medals and 2 Team Medals.  Alexandria Childs-Smith was a winner and Jimmy Irwin placed 3rd in his race.

  •  The Cross Country Team made Logan history as the boy’s freshman team placed 2nd and the girls frosh/soph team were crowned champions at Howell invitational at Golden Gate Park.
