1.   Alexandra Newsom, Hamza Khawaja, Joseph Hararah, and Cristian Monsalud were winners at the Ghebray Cross Country Invitational this past Saturday.

CLASS (Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, Freshman)

       1.      Seniors:  If CSU East Bay is your 1st pick college for Fall 2014 and you would like to get a jump on being admitted see Mrs. Hart in the Career Center for an Admission on the spot appointment.  Admission on the Spot will take place tomorrow by appointment only with Mrs. Martinez, CSU East Bay’s Admissions Counselor.


  1.  The Youth      Alive Christian Club meets today after school in Room 418.
  1. Want to learn how you can help animals, the      environment and improve your health?       Then join the Colts for Animals Club today in Room 121 after school.
  1. Filipino Youth Association meets today in Room      414 after school. 
  1. Do you like Kpop?       If you do come to the Kpop Family Club meeting today after school      in Room 303.
  1. The Cycling Club will have it’s first meeting      Thursday, October 10th after school in Room 123.  Get ready for the adventure of a      lifetime!
  1. Would you like to get some Community Service and      also learn some Chinese Culture?       Come by Room 313 on Wednesdays.
  1. Attention students who would like to go on the      Close Up trip to Washington       DC this year:  there will be an informational meeting      for parents this Thursday at 6:00       p.m. in Room 71, Ms. Lombardi’s room.


Yearbooks are $70 with ASB and $80 without ASB.  Payment plans are available.

Leadership students are still selling ASB stickers.  If you still need to purchase your sticker, buy one from them or go to Room 67 after school to pick up one.  The class that purchases the most stickers by Spirit Week will receive 200 spirit week points.  Buying your ASB sticker saves you money through the school year.  If you need a payment plan or would like to fundraise for your sticker, please go to Room 67 for more information.

  You need Driver Education!  Pick up your application from any house office.  Classes offered during Thanksgiving and Winter Break.  Call the Adult School 510-489-2185.
